DIRECTOR OF MUSIC/CHOIR DIRECTOR, Rocky River, UMC, Rocky River, OH.  Part Time position.  Rehearse and conduct adult Chancel Choir.  Guide the music program by coordinating with other music staff directors and staff organist.  The Music program at RRUMC is comprised of an adult voice choir, two bell choirs, a contemporary worship team, and Organist/choral accompanist. 3 services each Sunday (chapel, traditional, contemporary).  13 music staff members, and over 30 music volunteers.  Part Time: 15 hrs/wk.  Compensation: $26,600 Salary.  To apply, contact Office@rrumc.org with a letter of intent and resume.

ORGANIST: Pilgrim Christian Church, Chardon. UPDATED 7/26/24 Congregation affiliated with UCC and DOC. 1991 Holtkamp pipe organ. Sunday morning commitment: 10 AM service, accompany choir rehearsal before church. Also playing piano helpful, not required. Salary negotiable, minimum is $10,000/year.  Christmas Eve only non-Sunday service.  Other services, including weddings and funerals, are negotiable. INTERIM ORGANIST/PIANIST  St. Anselm Anglican seeks an interim organist/pianist for all or most 11:15am Sunday services Sept. 1 through Dec. 8. Pay is $200 per Sunday, with no midweek rehearsals or services, no choir, and no admin duties. The church meets at Gethsemane Lutheran in Lakewood (Wicks organ). The interim must be comfortable accompanying hymns and liturgy on both organ and piano. The music is mostly traditional.
