‪19th Century American Organ Music Available Again as Digital Download‬

As part of the celebrations surrounding the United States Bicentennial in 1976, the Cleveland Chapter of the American Guild of Organists published A Collection of 19th Century American Organ Music, compiled by Janice Beck and D. Darrell Woomer.  It was privately published by the chapter and has been long out of print and unavailable.  Get details.

Don't forget the Cameron Carpenter Concert at MESSIAH LUTHERAN CHURCH, 21485 LORAIN RD, FAIRVIEW PARK, OH 44126 on THURSDAY, MARCH 11 at 8:00 p.m.  Cameron's performance, which will be unlike any organ recital seen and heard in Northeast Ohio,  inaugurates the newly rebuilt Schlicker/Hemry pipe organ in Messiah Lutheran Church.  Tickets may be ordered by calling the church at 440-31-2405.  [You received a flyer for this event with the March AGO Cleveland Newsletter; however, the listing was inadvertently omitted from the calendar of events in the newsletter.  AGO Cleveland regrets this omission.  See an interview with Cameron at http://clevelandclassical.com/previews]
