The Google Group AGOCleveland-l is used for members to share information with other members and subscribers to the list. Membership in this group is open to AGO members and others interested in the activities of the Cleveland Chapter AGO. It is purely voluntary. Subscribers can post upcoming concerts, recitals, special services, news about church music, job openings received too late for the monthly newsletter, etc. To subscribe to the agocleveland-l Google Group, go here. (A Google account is required.) To send a message to the list, send an email message to agocleveland-l@googlegroups.com. (That's agocleveland-hyphen-and the letter "el", NOT the number "one") All messages to the list are held for moderation in order to reduce spam. Once we receive your request, you will receive an invitation e-mail message. You must respond to that invitation to confirm your membership in the Google Group and mailing list. We will attempt to control spam, but as with all electronic mail, we cannot guarantee it. Please limit discussion to issues of interest to the AGO. Messages are moderated, and the list manager reserves the right to block messages off-topic and remove subscribers who, in the view of the moderator, are disruptive. Unsubscribe requests are handled directly through Google Groups. The agocleveland-l group and mailing list is is separate from the mailing list that is used for official communications from the chapter. Those messages, including the monthly notification of the chapter newsletter, are sent through a closed announcement-only list to which all members are subscribed. You will still continue to receive those announcements even if you don't subscribe to this group. |
